Privacy policy

When you request a quote or book service, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, vehicle details, and any notes you share with us. If you send photos of your vehicle, we store those with the request.

We use your information only to prepare quotes, communicate about your appointment, provide service, process payments, and follow up afterward. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for advertising.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your card number — Stripe handles that securely. We keep a record of the amount, date, and payment reference so we can match it to your invoice.

Service address autocomplete uses Google Maps. Only the address you type is shared with Google for suggestions; we don't send anything else.

We email or text you about your quote, appointment, and payment. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages (quote sent, deposit received, appointment reminders) may still be sent when required to complete a booking you requested.

We may take before/after photos as part of standard service documentation. Photos are stored privately by default. We will not post identifiable photos of your vehicle publicly (for example, in our website gallery) without your permission, and we obscure license plates when photos are shared.

Booking and invoice records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and customer-service purposes. You can ask us to delete records that aren't legally required to retain.

We use industry-standard hosting with encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfect — please tell us right away if you notice anything that looks wrong.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing from marketing email is one click from any message. To exercise any of these choices, email us using the address on our contact page.
