Service conditions & what to expect

Every service begins with a quote request. We review your submission and follow up with an approved quote before anything is scheduled. An appointment is only confirmed after the quote is approved and any deposit shown in the quote is completed.

Final pricing is shown in your approved quote based on your service, vehicle, and provided photos and details. If the actual condition on site differs materially from what was described, we'll pause and talk through any adjustment with you before doing extra work.

Stains, odors, pet hair, road salt, restoration work, and heavily soiled areas are addressed with professional care but cannot be guaranteed to disappear completely. Some marks and odors are permanent.

We do not clean blood, vomit, urine, feces, used needles, or any biohazard or unsafe contamination. If discovered after arrival, the job may be rescheduled or canceled.

Standard cars, SUVs, minivans, and pickup trucks can use our regular quote request. Work trucks, commercial vans, RVs, trailers, buses, lifted trucks, dually trucks, and other oversized or specialty vehicles are reviewed case by case — depending on size, condition, access, water/power needs, and the exact service requested.

If you're not sure whether your vehicle fits, submit photos and details through “Not Sure Which Service Fits?” and we'll confirm whether the job fits our mobile setup and provide a custom quote. We can't promise every specialty vehicle will be accepted.

• Remove valuables, cash, documents, weapons, and personal items.
• Keep pets and children away from the work area during service.
• Mobile detailing can be noisy — vacuums, extractors, and tools.
• Disclose known damage, paint issues, loose trim or emblems, failing clear coat, wraps, decals, or other concerns up front.

Unsafe weather may require rescheduling, especially for exterior work. You'll be contacted as early as possible if your appointment needs to move.

Before an appointment is confirmed, you can update or withdraw your quote request. Once an appointment is confirmed, the rescheduling and cancellation terms shown in your approved quote apply.

We may photograph your vehicle before work begins to document pre-existing condition. These photos stay private unless you opt in to marketing photos below.

We bring our own water and power. No hose or outlet is required at your location.

You may opt in during your quote request to allow before/after photos of your vehicle to be used for marketing. License plates and identifying details are blurred or excluded.
