Service conditions & what to expect

Prices shown during booking are estimates based on the vehicle type, package, and information you provide. If the actual condition differs materially from your description or photos (heavy pet hair, deep stains, biological contamination, salt, restoration work, etc.), the final price may be adjusted. You'll always be told before any extra work is done.

Stains, odor, pet hair, road salt, restoration work, and heavily soiled areas are addressed with professional care but cannot be guaranteed to disappear completely. Some marks and odors are permanent.

Flower City Finish does not clean blood, vomit, urine, feces, used needles, or any biohazard or unsafe contamination. If discovered after arrival, the job may be rescheduled or canceled.

• Remove valuables, cash, documents, weapons, and personal items.
• Keep pets and children away from the work area during service.
• Mobile detailing can be noisy — vacuums, extractors, and tools.
• Disclose known damage, paint issues, loose trim or emblems, failing clear coat, wraps, decals, or other concerns up front.

Unsafe weather may require rescheduling, especially for exterior work. You'll be contacted as early as possible if your appointment needs to move.

Flower City Finish may photograph your vehicle before work begins to document pre-existing condition. These photos stay private unless you opt in to marketing photos below.

Flower City Finish normally provides its own water and power — no need for hose access or outlets at your location.

You may opt in during booking to allow before/after photos of your vehicle to be used for marketing. License plates and identifying details are blurred or excluded.
